Payment and Delivery
For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, your credit card will be refunded within 14 business days.
Delivery
We strive to ship the products you order the same day. For products that take longer to be processed, the delivery time is 7 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be notified in the event of a possible delivery delay.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your current location as the delivery address within the same day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via Arase cargo or domestic cargo companies. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company no later than 7 (7) business days after confirmation.
You can contact our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. Furthermore, cargo deliveries are only available in Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitors will be notified on the payment page.
In the event of an error at the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is submitted.
We are responsible for the delivery of the package to the customer as well as to the bank we use for our credit card system.
Please note!
Open and inspect any packages you suspect to have been damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative of the company you received the package from. If you suspect any damage to the product, a report will be filed with the courier company and the product will not be accepted.
Once the product is received, the courier company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged: Report the report you have prepared to info@luminite.co as soon as possible.
If you follow these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
