BACKGROUND

Luminite Homes is a privately owned company based in South London.

Company Director Tommy Channell started out on a building site at the age of 16 and worked his way up through the ranks of the construction world whilst studying Business and Finance.

At 26, he relocated to London and worked in the Land & New Homes sector across central London for 14 years, trading sites, finding land and selling new build homes for clients such as Crest Nicholson and Linden Homes before founding Luminite Homes in 2019.

VISION

We are totally focused on excellence and innovation in everything that we do and pride ourselves on the care and attention to detail which we lavish on each and every property we build. It is this attention to detail which sets us, and the properties we build, apart from the rest.

We work tirelessly to create homes which are not only stunning to look at but a joy to live in, whether we are designing and building a block of apartments or family homes.

Quality, excellence and a desire to delight the eventual owners of our homes runs through everything that we do, but we feel it’s especially important at the design stage.

DESIGN

Our ability and know-how includes architectural expertise spanning building and landscape design. All of our properties are meticulously space planned to create homes designed around the way we live our lives today.

We work with some of the best and most respected architects and designers who share our vision and unswerving standards. This shows in the final product every time.

DEVELOPMENT

Luminite Homes’ construction is just as important as the idea when it comes to attention to detail. We project manage our sites ourselves ensuring our qualified tradesmen have only the finest tools and materials to work with as well as a safe working environment for all.

Our Director, Tommy started out as a plasterers apprentice on sites like this when he was just 16 years old and although he runs our projects from the top, he still makes plenty of time for site visits, muddy boots on the ground and any excuse for a cup of tea.
